Out in the North Atlantic again. Cloudy
and cool in the morning. Temperature 52. Making a dash for the next
port and using the time to catch up on other facets of shipboard
life. Breakfast, of course. A lecture on what to expect in upcoming
ports of call. A special luncheon hosted by the Captain, Hotel
Director and HR Manager.

The
daily voice from the bridge reported we have sailed about 70 nm south
of where the German battleship Bismark sank the HMS Hood during
WWII.
Seas
are building from an old storm to the NE of us. Not bad, but a little
motion At 2110 I spotted a whale spout to our North and then the back
of the whale broaching a couple of times.
